We want you to be 100% satisfied with any purchase order placed on quirkykitchen.ie. Therefore if you wish to return an item for whatever reason you may contact us by email at customerservice@quirkyKitchen.ie within seven days of receiving your order, stating the reason for return.
Goods can be returned for a full refund if they are faulty or if the wrong item has been dispatched. In this case QuirkyKitchen.ie will pay all delivery costs.
If the goods have been dispatched as ordered and are in full working order, they can be returned for a refund, less the cost of shipping. All returns must be organised within 21 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused and still have their original packaging and labelling attached. The card used for the purchase the goods will be credited with the original purchase amount (less any delivery charge paid where appropriate) once QuirkyKitchen.ie receives the goods.
Nothing in these conditions affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

A few important details that you should know
We may not be able to accept your order, or part of your order, due to one of the following reasons:
- Authorisation of your payment failed
- We made a pricing or product description error
- You’re not eligible to order from QuirkyKitchen.ie
If there are any problems with an order, we will contact you immediately.
Should you wish to cancel an order, you can do so up to the point when it is despatched (orders are normally processed within 24 hours of being placed)
